Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how AnimatePhotoAI ("we", "us") at animatephotoai.org collects, uses and protects information when you use our AI photo animation service.

Information We Collect

  1. Account information: your name, email address and, if you sign in with Google, your basic profile.
  2. Photos you upload and results you create: images you upload to be animated or restyled, the prompts you type, and the videos or images the AI generates for you.
  3. Payment information: handled by our payment processors (for example Stripe). We never see or store your full card number.
  4. Usage data: pages visited, features used, device and browser type, used to keep the service working and improve it.
  5. Cookies: to keep you signed in and remember preferences. See the cookie settings link in the footer when enabled.

How We Use Your Photos

  • Uploaded photos are sent to our AI model provider (currently Replicate) only to generate the result you asked for.
  • We do not sell your photos or use them to train AI models.
  • Uploads and results are stored in our cloud storage so you can download them again from My Creations.

Retention and Deletion

We keep uploads and results while your account is active. You can ask us to delete your creations or your whole account at any time through the support page, and we will remove them within 30 days, except where we must keep records (such as invoices) by law.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers that help us run the service (hosting, storage, AI processing, payments, email), under agreements that protect your information, or when required by law.

Security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored with access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to some processing. Contact us through the support page to exercise these rights.

Children

The service is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced on the site, and the date above will change.
