By using AnimatePhotoAI at animatephotoai.org you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The Service

AnimatePhotoAI turns uploaded images into AI-generated videos and images. Results are produced by machine learning models and may be imperfect or differ from what you expect. We may change, add or remove features over time.

Accounts

You need an account to generate results. Keep your credentials safe; you are responsible for activity under your account.

Credits and Payments

• Generations are paid with credits. Prices and credit costs are shown on the pricing page and in the tool before you generate.
• If a generation fails, the credits it used are returned automatically.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel any time from your billing settings and keep access until the end of the paid period.
• Credit packs are valid for the period shown at purchase. Unused credits are not redeemable for cash.
• Refund requests for purchases are reviewed case by case through the support page.

Your Content and Consent

• You must own the photos you upload or have permission to use them.
• Only animate people who have agreed to it, or historical and fictional figures in a clearly non-deceptive way.
• You must not create content that is sexual involving real people, that involves minors in any inappropriate way, that harasses, defames or impersonates someone, or that is meant to mislead people into believing a real person said or did something.
• We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.

Ownership of Results

Between you and us, you own the results you generate, and you may use them for personal and commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and the rights of anyone shown in your photos. You give us the limited permission needed to process, store and deliver your uploads and results.

Acceptable Use

Do not attempt to break, overload, reverse engineer or abuse the service, bypass credit limits, or use automated means to create accounts.

Disclaimers and Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
